The call for presentations and workshops is now closed for the 2016 IAQA 19th Annual Meeting.
Presentations will address:
- IAQ assessment strategies
- molds and microbes
- research
- interpretation of laboratory analytical results
- principles of developing a sample strategy
- methods and best practices for IAQ contractors
- building sciences
- interaction with other professionals on multidisciplinary teams
- emerging science
- HVAC and ventilation
Presentations also cover topics related to indoor environments, including business management and legal topics.
Presentation times are 50 minutes in length.
Training Workshops
IAQA also sought abstract submittals for training workshops for the Meeting. Workshops, which are four hours in length, provide advanced training in the theory and practice of a topic relevant to indoor air quality, including HVAC and building science.
Deadlines
Final selections of presentation and workshop submittals: July 15, 2015
Notifications: August 1, 2015.
Selected speakers will be given complimentary and discounted admittance to the Meeting.

For Conference Paper authors, IAQA's Agreement to Publish form
Deadlines:
Speaker Photograph and Introduction Bio (due as soon as possible, but by SEPTEMBER 1): one color, headshot photo, 300 dpi in TIF, JPG or JPEG format and a short one paragraph biography to be read as your introduction.
Meeting Registration (opens SEPTEMBER 1): Additional details to follow. For questions regarding registration, please contact Registration Service by email: registration@iaqa.org or phone: (844) 802-4103.
Papers (due OCTOBER 1): Submission of a paper for the 19th Annual Meeting is not required; however, if you wish to submit, please do so by October 1st to begin the review process. A signed Agreement to Publish form is also required. All papers will be available online via the mobile app for attendees. Your paper must be submitted in MS Word. Please use 1" page margins and 12 point Times font. Any diagrams, photos or illustrations must be incorporated into your paper, do not submit them as separate items. If submitting a paper, please note that you are expected to write a full paper not just an abstract, outline or copy of power point slides.
Presentations (due NOVEMBER 1): Two PowerPoint templates are available for your uses. Please note that all presenters are required to use one of the IAQA supplied templates. Presentations will not be published; however, they must be reviewed in advance by IAQA. You will receive a link to upload your presentation.

A/V Equipment (requests due as soon as possible, but no later than NOVEMBER 15): each meeting room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen and laptop computer. Lavaliere microphones and podiums (and/or head tables) will be available as well.
