Welcome to the 2012 ASHRAE Winter Conference Personal Scheduler!
- Create and print your personal technical program.
- Create and save your own personal schedule of the sessions that you plan to attend.
- Schedule your committee meetings (TC, SPC, standing) to avoid conflicts.
- Scheduler includes courses, social events and tours.
- Export your schedule to your calendar.
Use the Personal Scheduler to search, sort and plan out the technical program sessions. You can search or browse the technical program by track, day, program type, and presenter’s name. You can retrieve your personalized schedule at any time, from any computer with an Internet connection. You can also print a personalized program booklet, and export your schedule to various calendars, such as Outlook, Palm Desktop, Google calendar and Lotus Notes.
To get started, use one of the two buttons at the bottom of this page. If you are new to the personal scheduler, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, and password. We recommend that you use the same password that you are accustomed to using. Passwords must be numeric, and may not exceed 32 characters in length. If you have used a previous meeting's personal scheduler or virtual conference, you will use the same email address and password that you used then. If you have forgotten your password, click the "RETURNING USER" button below, then use the "If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it" link.
The Personal Scheduler will be the front-end access to the Chicago Virtual Conference. If you purchased a full conference registration, you will receive access to the Virtual Conference as a part of your registration. Or, if you purchase a Virtual Conference-only registration, you will use the Personal Scheduler to access the recorded presentations and to exchange thoughts with the presenters. The Virtual Conference will open on January 23rd.
