The planning committee for ASHRAE's High Performance Buildings: A Focus on Deep Energy Savings conference invites you to submit a poster of your High Performance Building for presentation at the conference. Projects may be either in design or completed, and will be grouped in two categories:
1) those with one year or more of Measured Energy Data and
2) those relying on Modeled Energy Use.
Posters will be on display during the conference, and approximately ten will be selected by the committee for brief 5 minute oral presentations by the submitter at the conference.
Submissions are particularly encouraged for projects that:
- Emphasize innovative strategies to dramatically improve energy efficiency
- Demonstrate replicable strategies
- Share valuable lessons learned
- Have one year or more of measured energy data
Accepted posters will then be mounted and presented on easels at the conference, and posted digitally on the conference Web site (submitting a poster constitutes permission for this use). Posters may be submitted even if you cannot attend the conference, but will not be returned.
Poster presenter conference registration fee is $400 member/$500 non member.
The planning committee reserves the right to reject unqualified posters. Any questions should be directed to meetings@ashrae.org.

Digital Poster Requirements
Size: 30x40. If any element of the poster bleeds then an additional 1/4" is required around all edges.
Color: CYMK.
Photos: TIFF or JPEG.
Resolution for Photos: 300 DPI. Line Art: EPS.
Resolution for Line Art: 1200 DPI.
Fonts: All fonts need to be embedded within PDF final.
File: A PDF file needs to be provided to produce the final poster.
In addition, a 100-word abstract describing the project will be required when you upload the PDF file.
